WAYS (U) K.M limited is registered as a private company limited by shares. It is a sister company to Katono Growers Import and Export Company Limited established in the year 2005. The company operates in the field of agri-business while working with small holder farmers as out- growers.

WAYS (U) K.M specializes in fishing, apiculture, maize, soya beans, coffee and guava fruits. In addition it operates a Village Bank that assists rural farmers to access credit in order to grow various cash crops, it offers capacity building trainings to enhance quality and productivity from the farmers as wells as supporting them in accessing the local and International markets.

The Business Plan has been prepared to articulate the goals, objectives of the company, outlines the strategies that will enable the company gain a competitive edge in the local and international markets make profits, create employment opportunities and uplift incomes of the rural small holder farmers.
